Born and raised in Victoria, Martin brings to the table as your realtor an infectious and positive energy. Years of experience in the local construction industry is of immeasurable assistance to his clients. Combining that experience with his outside-the-box creative thinking, his intimate knowledge of Victoria and outlying areas, and his connections as a born and raised Victorian, gives his clientele a realtor with all the necessary skills to assist.
Martin’s family ties to the local real estate industry span the past seventy-five years. His grandfather started his career in 1930 and by the 1960’s was the owner of the local real estate firm Swinerton, Stewart Clark Ltd, President of the Victoria Real Estate Board, and a well-respected Notary Public. His grandfather’s career overlapped that of Martin's father, who served the people of Victoria for forty-five years as a lawyer specializing in real estate law before recently retiring.
In the past years, Martin has traveled extensively. From Circle City Alaska all the way to the southern tip of the world, Ushuaia Argentina. Today, and when not assisting his clients, he enjoys gardening on his developing hobby farm where he was the owner-builder of his home. You can also find him hiking the local trails and exploring Southern Vancouver Island with his two dogs Bodhi and Dako. Martin is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and ready to assist.
